Random blank rotation

Hi, i've installed on joomla 3.4 slideshowck version 1.4.12. I've add 10 jpeg photos with width 1188 x 62% of height.
I've enabled the joomla cache but random appears a blank page when load images.. not always the same but appears... one more time the sistema load the image striped.
So what i ve to verify or what i can do to elimintate this problem?

Have You tra To go left right with The arrow?
what browser You have use?
Have You try with smarthphone?
