issues with Slideshow CK HikaShop Plugin was created by Mike
Hi. I am experiencing a problem with Slideshow CK Hikashop Plugin. It doesn't show any products, just blanks with thumbnail dots. the link is www.dostavka99.ru/index.php/kupony-i-skidki

it search for the images in

www.dostavka99.ru/media/com_hikashop/upload


for example this images does not exists
www.dostavka99.ru/media/com_hikashop/upload/150729w.jpg

are your images located into another folder ?

I am not sure. All images for the products in the Hikashop were uploaded from the admin control panel of the web site. It supposed to be default folder in the Hikashop. I didn't change anything.

I double checked the link. It suppose to be www.dostavka99.ru/images/com_hikashop/upload/150729w.jpg

instead of

www.dostavka99.ru/media/com_hikashop/upload/150729w.jpg

so, the folder with images is /images/ not /media/

which version of Hikashop do you have ? Is this something that you have changed in a Hikashop option ?

Its the latest stable version of HikaShop Essential: 2.4.0. I just downloaded it today. All the settings are default. I didn't change anything.
