Thumbnails Distorted/Video Playback

I am having the same issue. I removed my thumbnail images and looked at the source code from the page. It looks like the module is just showing the full image and fitting to the square size thumbnail. How can we get the module to look at the thumbnails?

At the very bottom of the page.

We had a developer format the carousel a bit the base image samples supplied by software work great. Any new images we add look squeezed.

this has nothing to do with the original subject
in your case the main images of the carousel are distorded

if a developer has changed the code of the module I can not make any support, please ask your developper.
