Broke encoding was created by Andrei

Hello!
After installing the Slideshow CK, broke encoding both the menu and the rest of the site. Instead of Cyrillic letters symbols one, and only on those pages where the gallery is displayed. Tell me how to fix it?
(Joomla 3.3.6, Slideshow CK 1.4.7)

I have never seen this issue coming with the slideshow
and if you unpublish it, all come back normally ?
