Same slideshow in different modules

I wanted to give the same Slideshow in to different modules on different pages, but this dont work. So what could be the problem?

you can publish multiple slideshows in the same page, but not the same module because it needs a unique ID

Hmmm. No workaround possible? Because that means a lot of extra work to fill the same slidshow in different modules twice...

I don't understand why you want to have the same thing multiple times on the same page, this is not good for your visitors
then, no workaround as this is not a normal request and would not be needed
