ok it needs some custom css and maybe a custom position but im a bit stuck as i need it to scroll can you point me in the right direction where i might be able to get some instructions to do this.

funny enough i did email support who told me to come here. I know i need to put some code in custom css box however i have tried and cant get it right. Do you still set slideshow ck to "background" i really dont want to be sent from one part of this site to another with any results. if your support gos as far as this please let me know so im not wasting any more of my time

1/ the option as background for the slideshow works, but don't do what you want. This is the right place to ask for help on the slideshow module
2/ you need to create a specific area into your template to do what you want. For template creator you need a "support" membership, I don't give specific support on template creator on the forum
Now your problem is that you have a "software only" membership for template creator.
You can try yourself what I have suggested:
