At determinate browser dimensions slide not work

Hello,
I have installed slideshow CK on new site with joomla 3.3.1. I have installed the plugin slideshow CK to load the image from an acticle cahegory too, it works correctly, but at determinate browser dimension the slideshow disappear . In This moment the site is offline.
Can someone help me?

Hello ced1970 I think this is not an answer, because i don't whant to use protostar template.
I have alredy tryed with another template and the problem do not persist, but I normally use the shaper helix template for all my sites and I don't have any problem. I would like to still use the shaper helix template and I would like to know if there is a solution to this?
