Slideshow plugin lightbox not working

Is it possible that there is a conflict? I have running Unite Responsive tile gallery that was running good but a few minutes ago I set the setting there to use no jquery and I have now also a problem there, not loading images... but before I changed the settings it was still running. It put the settings back but now are there are still no images Unite Resonsive Tile gallery
