repeat one slice in most curtain and slice effects

hi
I installed SLIDER CK with out any problem but some of transition effects do not work correctly they repeat only one slice when break image during transition action.




I test it over and over I am sure that those effects that break image to vertical slices and window slices don't work correctly but those one break images to horizontal slices work correctly all fade and scroll effects work correctly too

I have never seen this before, this is very strange .I can not tell you what is in cause, probably an interfence with another script

I have remembered some thing
at first i downloaded and installed the module from an other sit but because the same problem i removed it.
finally i downloaded the module from your sit and installed it but the problem did not solved.
how can i be sure that previous installation is completely removed ?
