how to load slideshow faster and avoid loader icon

Joomla 2.5.17
Is there any way I can load the slider so that it appears instantly in the screen? and the loader icon will not show?
(I have set the parameters for loader icon=none but it still appears...)

Use a lightweiht image, this will load faster

look in the theme folder of the module, all images are stored there
