mootools loading in joomla 3 with slideshow ck

Hello,

I have been trying slideshow ck in a joomla 3.2 test site.
It works very well but mootools-more.js and several other unnecessary files get loaded by the page with the slideshow.
But I understood slideshow ck is jquery based.
Do you know why they are loading and whether I can stop them loading?

The usual 'unset' commands don't work to stop it loading either.

this should come from the modal library from joomla which is still based on mootools. You can comment "jhtml::_('behavior.modal') in the PHP file of the module
