Unable to insert pictures

I am unable to add pictures to my slides using the slide manager. I click the insert button and nothing happens. Here are the steps I'm following:
1-Create Slide
2-Select and Image
3-Click on Image
4-Click Insert & nothing happens

If I change to load slides from folder, the pictures insert correctly.

Is it possible to add captions, etc if I load slides from folder or is there a workaround for making the insert button work? I have tried using Safari and Firefox.

Joomla 2,5,0 + plg_slideshowck_params_1.1.3_j25 (acheté hier). iMack G5 PPC.

Même problème que notre ami anglais.
Images réparties dans divers dossiers parent du dossier promenades:
ex : modules/mod_slideshowck/images/promenades/intro
Les dossiers ont tous le fichier index.html vierge.

Insert : affiche les images de slide2 ???

J'ai lu votre réponse et ne comprends pas bien. Dois-je déplublier tous les plug-in's qui ne sont pas de Type system dans la gestion plug-in Joomla ?

ton souci est que tu veux utiliser la fonction "importer les images", il faut renseigner le chemin, ensuite enregistré le module puis cliquer sur importer

Je cherche sur vos docs et ne trouve pas.
Cela fait des années que je ne fais plus de site, des choses m'échappent...

normalement avec le bouton enregistrer , comme pour n'importe quel module...
