Slideshow sometimes flicker in Google Chrome was created by hjortlund

Hi.
I am very happy with the Slideshow CK and has used it on many projects.
I recently discovered a bug only in Google Chrome that makes the slideshow flicker when setting the transitioneffect to "simplefade".
Does anybody know of a solution to this flickering?
