Images 50% to the right

Bonjour,

L'espoir tout est bien.

J'espère que c'est un facile pour vous.

J'ai utilisé le slideshow et ses images implicites et tout a travaillé parfait (sauf avec le chrome : aucun étalage d'images).

J'ai cru que j'installerais quelques différentes images.

J'ai rendu (utilisant gimp) 6 images 800 larges par 400 px haut.

J'ai vu le site et les images agissent comme s'il y a la marge-left:400px.

J'ai vérifié jQueryEasy a été permis.
J'ai rendu infirme le jQuery dans le slideshow et c'était toujours le même.

J'ai effacé le module slideshow.
Non installé le module slideshowck et l'enfichable.
Alors réinstallé cela.
Les données de promotion interprètent la même voie, à part la vidéo (du grand lapin de bande dessinée).
La vidéo affiche comme il devrait pendant que les images se comportent comme ils font appliquer la marge gauche.

N'importe quelles idées sur où je devrais chercher la cause probable.

Le plus reconnaissant pour n'importe quelle aide.

I hope this is an easy one for you.

I have been using the slideshow and its default images, and everything has been working fine (except with chrome: no images display).

I thought I would put some different images in.

I made (using gimp) 6 images 800 wide by 400 px high.

I viewed the site, and the images are acting as though there is margin-left:400px.

I checked jQueryEasy was enabled.
I disabled the jQuery in the slideshow and it was still the same.

I deleted the slideshow module.
Uninstalled the slideshowck module and the plugin.
Then reinstalled it.
The sample data is acting the same way, except for the video (of the big cartoon rabbit).
The video displays as it should while the images behave like they have the left margin applied.

Any ideas on where I should look for the likely cause.

Most grateful for any help.

dans firebug, j'ai changé le corps {text-align : center;} pour text-align : left ;

En tout cas, j'ai abordé sorte de ce dans un autre post, mais vous avez toute les théories quant à pourquoi chrome ne semble pas aimer mon diaporama ?

Vous avez dit précédemment que c'est très bien pour vous, alors que pensez-vous pourrait aller là-bas ?

Avez-vous vécu ce genre de chose avant ?

In firebug, I changed text-align:center; to text-align:left;

This did the job!

Simple eh?

Anyway, I've kind of touched on this in another post, but do you have any theories as to why chrome doesn't seem to like my slideshow?

You have said previously that it is fine for you, so what do you think could be going on there?

Have you experienced that kind of thing before?

The Slideshow just doesn't want to show itself in Chrome (windows version, not tried it on a Mac)

Template, menu and slideshow are all by you (I think it is cool that I can do all the things I want from one source, espcially while I am still a relative newcomer to Joomla).

Re slideshow not showing in Chrome:

It worked for a bit, now it doesn't again.

I thought it might have been the slideshow params plugin because that was not installed when Chrome was working.

I just installed it, checked chrome, and then it was not working again.

I disabled the plugin but it still isnt working.


I have just noticed that the play/pause button is showing (the grey box) but not the icon image itself, in other words: the forward and backward images and the boxes they are in, show, but only the box for the play button is showing, not the play icon.

Also, the slideshow controls (play/pause backwards forwards) show all the time...

Any help greatly appreciated

I have just checked on firefox and chrome and the slideshow is working on both by my side ...
