1 picture for the slide and bottom pagination

1)I need to set the slide with one single picture, now I increased the time but if you forget the page open on the browser, I get a blank page. Can I stop the carosel effect?

2)I need to change the margin-bottom: 56px; marked in the red ring

Whit firebug I discovered the code:

But I don't know where change it.
