allow to enable/disable article caption

I have article text that have images and when slideshow ck is set to strip 150 characters, it strips the 150 characters of the image, hence no text is set (I only see three dots "..."). The three dots are not required when no text is set.
Since this is a complicated situation, I would like to have an enable/disable option for article captions.

then I'm not sure to understand. If you don't want to show the article caption, don't load it
the article will only show if you put an article ID in the slide option

I was used to the usual feature request / bug reporting in launchpad for other open source projects, that's why I didn't use hello. bonjour then

I managed to do what I wanted, I made a custom template for camera.css and used "display: none;"
