Slideshow CK pushing Gantry menu back

Hi,

I'm trying the Gantry Framework for the first time and I'm stuck with a problem. The slideshow is in front of the dropdown menu. Tried to create a custom CSS and put this:

#rt-header, #rt-top .gf-menu {z-index: 9999; position: relative;}

}

but nothing happens. Even cleaning the cache. Then I tried this:

#rt-header, #rt-top .gf-menu {z-index: 3; position: relative;}

But nothing again. I know this is somewhere on the Gantry template CSS but I just can't find it. If you can help me I'll be very grateful

The URL for now is in a subdirectory, in:

teste.assempba.com.br

The site is still in the beginning of the template adjustment but I can't go on without solving this.

my question : why is this not considered as an issue from the gantry menu than from the slideshow ?
I would like to help you but I'm not a gantry master. Does this also happen if you put a single image into a module in place of the slideshow ?

This problem is totally a Gantry issue. The same thing occurs when I use RokSprocket, a slideshow from RocketThemes. I asked here hopping you have seen it, and solved it before. But thanks for the quick answer.
