Different time delay in windows xp/android browser

Hi,
I got an issue with time delay between images in CK Slideshow. In windows xp explorer 7/8, and also in android browser, time delay is doubled compared to the one i've chosen in CK backend.

You know why? What's the problem?

P.S. Can I disable the loader? It takes too much time, compared to the other slideshow that appears instantly.

then yes you can disable the loader icon in the options

I don't mean loader icon but the entire loader process. I would like ck slideshow appears instantly. Is it possibile?

In xxx , slides are setting to change in 5 seconds, but in android and windows xp, time delay seems doubled.
