How to apply Polaroid effect around the image?

Hi to all, and compliments for this such beautiful extension.
I am just wondering how can I apply the polaroid effect around the image? As I wouldn't like to have the border of the image plane! Something as the border shown in the image enclosed that comes from different extension. Please note above and right only.
