Why the j3 version still has jquery included?

I noticed that in the Slideshow CK for Joomla 3 module, there are still severl jquery files. But, I know that Joomla 3 core already offered jquery library. Why not use the jquery from the joomla 3 core?

If load jquery from Slideshow CK module itself, will this cause conflict with those jquery in Joomla 3 core?

right, the files are there but not used. I use the joomla framework library, so it should not give any problem. I still have left the option to not call the jquery from joomla in case of need.
