The text appaers always above the picture, in Internet explorer.
In Google chrome it is in the right place (bottom) of picture.

this only happens in IE7, IE8+9 show correctly the text.

I have IE 9 and it doesn't work as it set!

please check that your IE is not in compatibility mode that would render as IE7.
By my side I have tested the 3 versions, and only IE7 shows a caption at the top of the image.
