Fatal error using Joomla 2.5.4 was created by kaelisan

I am using this module on a site running Joomla 2.5.6 but get the following error on another site running Joomla 2.5.4.

Fatal error: Class 'JModelLegacy' not found in .../modules/mod_slideshowck/helper.php on line 14

yes the joomla api changed from this 2 versions, you must upgrade your joomla version
