How can I change "Lire la suite" into "Read More"?

I've just purchased the slideshow ck module and spent two hours trying to set it up. But, the read more link is in another language, "Lire la suite". How can I change it into English, "Read More"?

Hi Ced,
I found the mistake, it was in tmpl/default.php file. I've searched "Lire la suite" through find feature of Dream Viewer and corrected it to show "Read More".
