not working and cant see the images

hello friend, im having some issues while i try to use your module. first of all the module looks exacly the way i need it but im having problms to make it work.

i did close jquery on template, try all kinds of options, like disable on module, then disable on template... i dont kow what more i can do to make this module working.

help me to solve this please.
