Alternative Layouts

There is a button for alternative layouts, but only default is listed. I'm hoping for a layout with the thumbs on the side instead of below the main image. Is that possible?

I am looking for the same thing. I would like for the thumbnails to be displayed vertically on the right side.

Also, can thumbs be different from the images?

yes you can change the thumbs images in th "th" folder. For the layout, it is a big job, so I will not do it tomorrow

I will NOT do it tomorrow
it is not so easy, because all the size calculation of the slideshow is impacted to place the thumbnails and keep them responsive
