working in our /jupgrade folder but not in /

We had slideshowCK working nicely in several article using {loadposition xxx}.

today when we moved the site from /jupgrade to / directory to go live none of the sliders are working. I created a new slideshow module and new article and menu nav and instead of the module loading we are seeing the position name?
