you tube on IE9

In the backend I have the stile option like the screenshot 2: take a look at the fields positions.

If I select an images I have, for example, this URL:

But this one doesn't work. I have to cut the first part of the URL and leave this:
images/prodotti/Ceci%20con%20righello.jpg. This work!

If I click on the red cross to delete a slide ... I can't ! It doesen't work

All of these work very well with the other browser.

Is it only for me like the problem of youtube?
