Black Bars - top and Bottom

Yes I understand that and checked the same, but that seems irrelevent as the video I have uploaded is 1920x600 as shown.

I have since uploaded another video here www.o-hx.com/images/video/header_1.mp4 this is also 1920x600 but your software is showing it incorrectly at any other resolution apart from a width of 1920.

When I view these videos using my mac or pc, none of them have black bars at the top or bottom, the mp4 viewers default to the aspect of the video?

I think that the problem is related to the fact that you have given a fixed height of 600px, but this is not proportional to your video dimensions when you resize the browser width
please try to use a height value of "31%" in the module options, which is the ratio 600 / 1920
then your slide will have the same ratio as your video

Fantastic, changing to a percentage (31%) certainly solved it.
