problem by adding a new picture was created by linpi
on a client server, when I try to add a new slide (a picture), the path is not "images" a subdirectory of images.
That means I don't see all the directories under images/ but the last used subdirectory.
It is the first time that I have this effect and I can not reproduce it locally either. very strange.
I use Joomla! 4.3.4 and the free version Slideshow CK 2.4.1

Hi
just checked by my side, using the same versions. In the module >> source = slides manager
when I click the image in a slide to update it (or for a new slide), I get a popup with the joomla media manager
in your screenshot you have the media manager usually integrated in my extensions. Not sure why you got this one
have you used the source "slides manager" too ?

in the free version (slideshowck-light_2.4.1.zip) there is only the option of Slides Manager.
When I add a slide, I get this the attached first image
When I click on "select an image" I get the pop-up:
the problem is really with the path, in this case "images / stories" instead of just images...
it would be nice if the breadcrumb would be links, to be able to click on image to change the path.
but as I said already before, it is only on this client website, I never had this phenomenon before, normally it always image and not some subdirectory.
I use alway JCE an an editor, but I quickly chaned to tinyMCE, it didn't change anything.

ok thanks, I see now that the problem is related to the Light version, I was testing the Pro. I have reproduced the issue in the Light version (not about the folder, just for the media manager)
I need to investigate to fix it, I will let you know
