Feature request: just the title on mobile

Hi, we have already the option of not showing all the caption under certain dimensions, it'd be good to have the option to show at least the title without the description for small devices.

Thanks Cedric, I see the new version implements this feature, I just see that probably the SLIDESHOWCK_RESPONSIVEHIDEDESCRIPTION_LABEL label is missing?
