Preset 2 text - does not show responsiveness on mobile screen

Using the Preset 2 with text in the center floating, works great on desktop display.
However on mobile screen, the text does not shrink to adjust with the slideshow responsiveness, so the text stay large and cut off.
i'm just an administrator, not developer, is there a way to set this up from the setting?
