ok, this is the problem, I see some JS errors in the console about jquery missing, it seems that it has been removed from the calls in the page

I have no idea what he did ... jQuery is automatically loaded in the page by joomla if required by any extension

also don't forget that I have given you an answer about the problem :

simply use the assignement in the module options to tell on which page to show the module
