How to add the category and the author as well as the title to the caption?

Hello, I installed the 2.3.1 version, I noticed that: Show date, Show author and Show category (all set to yes) are shown only if the option "Show description" is enabled but I need the description off because I don't want to show the description too.

yes, it was exactly the same before with the test version I sent to you
the date, author ect are including into the description

PS : if you want to change that, then you must use a template override and setup your own html output
