Slideshow CK - parts of many pictures are cut off

there is no such option in Plyalist CK
you must setup your slideshow to have the height in 62% which is the ratio of your image (width / height)

Where do you do that? Does it mean that if you have a picture width of 300 px, the height should be 62% of this width? How do you translate it into px?

if you have an image 800x600 px, it means that (600 / 800 = 75%)
yiou can write 75% directly in the height field

My picture is w300 xh450, and I have entered 66.66% in Style Options/ Main Styles/Height. The picture still doesn't fill the container, and it changes the height of the main container. If I understand correctly, the images have to be resized to fill the container size. Currently, the size of the full container is w582 x h251 px. 80% of it is for the videos and 20% for the thumbnails.

if you are image is 300 x 450, then you are in portrait mode, and the ratio is 150%
please try with this value
the image shall have the same dimensions, or at least the same ratio as the one setup in the module
