Lightbox pop-up not working

We purchased the extension "Slideshow CK Pro". Please explain the correct settings to make the lightbox popup work.

first you shall know which lightbox plugin you are using on your website and how it works
the best way would be to use Mediabox CK which is fully compatible with Slideshow CK

then in the settings select "mediabox ck" as lightbox and see if it works

We have installed the plugin "Mediabox CK".

I am having difficulty getting Mediabox to function right in using Slideshow CK Pro. When the slide with the images attached comes up there is no pop-up when clicking on the image.
