Dear Cedric,
strange behavior with the smaller images for mobile devices: the imges are allways the same as the desktop Version, although they should be quadratic. See here:
hochzeits-fotograf.eu/
Found out they are rendered 640px width and they are bigger than the ones I uploaded.
Slideshow should be intended to pick the images i uploaded in the folder /640/. So what is happening???
Version is recent.

Hi
I think that you have activated the option "specific images on mobile" that automatically creates images depending on the mobile resolution selected.
Disable this option and your original images will be used everywhere

Hi Cedric,
it seems to be a drawback to earlier Versions. It´s said that the Module will pick images from a specific folder. In this case /640/. So this is a bug in the description?
I´d prefer my own mobile pictures rather than the rendered ones because the quality now is rather bad and theres no oportunity to choose a different picture format. Desktop uses landscape format while most mobile devices using portrait format.
The "feature" now seems to be a little microsoftesc. Like easy but not useful.
How do you think about it?

this option exists since long and has not changed recently
you can simply replace the images in the "640" folder with your one, it will use them

when I look at this image
hochzeits-fotograf.eu/images/slideshow/640/0002.jpg
it looks great. Is that one of the images that you have created yourself and placed in the folder ? this is the one used in the slideshow
