Hi I completely disabled cache and it seems OK. I do not know exactly where is the problem but somewhere in joomla cache. Module cache disabling did not help only helps clean joomla cache and expired cache.
Partial solution was auto cleaning cache via cron but webhosting provider allow min 1hour periodicity which was not enought. I do not have direct access to the server so I cannot configure more ofter period.. Another solution was buy some plugin/module which automatically cleans joomla cache but I do not want to spend about 20 euro per year.
So thats the situation - running joomla without cache and seems OK...
Thanks for help Cedric.

Hi
thank you for the details. I don't know exactly why this happens, but I can tell you that I'm using the Joomla framework to load the scripts ...
