Optimize Thumbnails Images based on GTMetrix

Hello.
Checking with GTMetrix I see that I m getting some images at the thumbnails that advised to optimize them : prntscr.com/l03r8o
Can I ask if that possible from inside the module or I will have to do it manual ?

you will have to optimize the images yourself
for the thumbnais, you can go in the advanced options and deactivate the automatic thumbs creation, so that you can put your own in the folder

I have follow your instructions and I win some points with the thumbnails , although I dont know how to optimize a gif file : prnt.sc/l369i0 of your theme , I have optimize the png .
Also not relative to this topic but need to ask about the Defer of Parsing Javascript and Minify too : prntscr.com/l380wa
I need your advise on this .
And finally can you take a look at my site as I have a breakpoint at the firefox dev tool : prntscr.com/l381rq , is that coming from slideshow ?

in the Google insight report you can download the image optimized by google, so that you just have to replace them
for the JS defer, you shall use a tool like JCH optimize but use it with care
for the JS error, give me the url of the page so that I can check myself.

My experience says that those extensions are pretty dangerous , so until Joomla or Dev Extensions found a solution I might wait .
