I am having the same problem with www.chooseworth.com . It is not responsive on a mobile browser in portrait but is in landscape.

I don't see any problem with the reponsive on your website, please detail what is exactly the problem
please also test with another computer/device and browser and tell me if you get the same

It works great except on a cell phone or tablet when held vertical. When you hold the cell or tablet horizontal it works. The images are cut off to the right.

I understand now. This is not a problem from the slideshow 
1/ you have added a lot of empty paragraphs in a module to create a space in your header. This is not a correct way to do, and this is absolutely not responsive
2/ the slideshow is responsive. It adapts the image to fit in the avaiable area. In your case, if makes the image as height as your header and of course the image is truncated. It can not be different, else the image would be small and there would be a blank space under it where you have your paragraphs
If the problem is that the text on your image is cut off, then this is also not the correct solution that you have used. You have added a text into the image, instead of using the caption of the slideshow.

Thanks for the reply. I have removed everything from the page, even the menu. I upload the plain images with no text. Still the same. It is responsive in all case except vertical mobile
