Joomla 3.8.0 Gantry 5 and Slideshow CK

the slideshow CK does not run with the gantry framework 5 (version: 5.4.18 - hydrogen template).
The Slideshow CK is version 1.4.45. The position is displayed as a blank position.
Any idea?

the problem in your test is that the module is not rendered.
It loads the scripts, but there is not html code returned. You must check that from the method that you are using to load the module
you can test to load a "login" module instead and see it it shows up

another idea? why the slideshow is not running?

can you try with the default data, using a new slideshow CK module ?
just create a new module and save, without changes
