Slidesshow over full width possible?

Hi, it's the first time I work with Slideshow CK. I can't find a solution for my problem in documentation.
I want to have a full screen width slideshow even the side container is for example max. 960 px wide. Is there a possibility to do?

in the effect options >> full screen background >> set it to YES
this will put the slideshow in background, full screen

then you must have the area in your template that takes the whole page width, like for the menu. The slideshow will take the place that is given by the template

Hi Ced, I am new to Joomla and I am trying to use your slideshow plugin. For the moment, I ise free version and Cassiopeia template. Nevertheless, when I set display position to topa or topb, and check the full background option, I still get what I do not want. Please could you help me how to create are that takes full page width?

what you are looking for is not a full background slideshow
you are just looking for a standard slideshow. Please remove the option for the full background and check the result
