Light boxes not working

Hi i recently purchased the extra parameters to add some lightboxes to my slideshows but unfortunately they don't seem to be working, have you come across this before ?

download and install Mediabox CK
www.joomlack.fr/en/joomla-extensions/mediabox-ck

(free version works for that)
then enable the plugin and see if it works
