Since I can not search the forum i guess I will just have to ask the question.

What is this at the top of the module I dont see it anywhere to be able to turn it off..

you can go in the modules manager and disable the module that is published in "position-0"
in template creator you can also click on the pencil icon to see the modules list on the position-0 block and disable the module directly
