Hi
you have given fixed dimensions in px, instead of using the % for the height
try with the demo data and see if it is responsive

Hi Ced

It is also not working with % in the height. When I fill auto in the width than the slideshow is invisible.
also when I put % in the width.
I also tried to take special fotos for the mobile devices but it is also not working.
Any other solutions?

thanks and have a wonderful day.

Hi
the problem here is that the module is into a container of the template that is float:left
try to publish it in another position to check

Hi Ced

This also doesn't work, I also deleted float left to check it but nothing happened.

I only observed when I put auto or percentage in the fields for the width. On the desktop mode the slideshow is invisible and on the mobile mode you can see it.
Have you any other idea?

Thanks in advance.

Claudia

please do a simple test
publish your module in "position-1" and test with the template "protostar", width "auto" and height in %
see how it works and tell me if this woks like expected

ok, so as you can see, it works :)
The problem is the one I have described before :

the module is into a container of the template that is float:left

there are multiple elements in your template that wrap the module and that have a float property without any dimension
this is the problem, this is a CSS problem, and the only way is to make some CSS changes into your template

Hi CED

So I think I should put this container not float left but what instead..

You see I know some CSS but maybe you have the right solution for me...?
Thanks and regards

you can try something like this

#jsn-pos-top div.jsn-modulecontainer, #jsn-pos-top {
float: none !important;
}

#jsn-headerright {
width : calc(100% - 230px);
}

but this is something related to your template, not the slideshow ...
giving a float without width value is not a good idea at all
