slideshow not loading

When I wanted to add an image to a slideshow that had been working just fine, I discovered the the slide manager was missing from the module manager. So I reinstalled the module, and now the slideshow is not loading. The "loading" icon keeps going around and around but the slideshow never loads.

Please try to create a new module and publish it with the default data to see if it works

first I see that your images do not exist, for example
vermontersforcriminaljusticereform.org/images/senators.png

then I see a date in a captoin
"in Burlington on 5/4/16"
try to remove this and test if it works
