version numbering

Seems there are a few mistakes in the versioning:

On the site I see v .22 released.
the download filename calls it v21 and in my updater (watchful) it shows there is a v23 but it never gets installed.

Sorry it does not. Still keep getting warnings that version 1.4.21 needs updating to .23
I have update those sites several times but they keep showing these warnings.

please clear the cache of the extensions manager. I have checked again, by my side the xml update file points to the 1.4.23 file. You can also check the xml file of the module via FTP to see if you have the 1.4.23
