Parallax CK PRO not working in a fresh and new Joomla 3.9 install

Hi there, I bought your amazing Parallax CK Pro Module, and I installed it on my new joomla 3.9 site.
But it is now working, no scroll effect at all. Is this particular case, I think interesting because it is a fresh joomla installation with almost any extra extensions installed.
