Custom Parallax Pro: Delay Time for Title

Custom Parallax CK Pro 1.1.0
J 3.6.4
PHP 5.5.37

I would like the Title to be delayed for about 4 seconds, but it seems to only allow a (about) 1 second delay. Nothing changes if I set a 4 or 10 or 20 delay.
Is there something I don't understand?
