Accordeon Menu "Drop-Down" Problem

I have some problems with the accordeon menu.

Is it possible that the menu opens the article in the same "window" (like in the third picture), without opening a new site?

The problem is, that you can open the website only in the network of my university. The website is a project.

That means, actually it has to work.. hmm.

Is it right, that I generated the articles at first?
Then I created a menu and chose the article for every menu item (as usually).
And then i opened the module and chose the created menu.

Are these the right steps?
