Modify Background color of Menu

I am sorry to be so blunt, but how can I change the Layout of the menu from vertical to horizontal?

the accordion menu is not designed to work in a horizontal mode. If you want to do so I would suggest to use my module Maximenu CK

I meant the Template of the module.

I did this, and it works exactly as I need. Just again 1 small issue how can I change the size of the bar, as, if you can see, the bar is not aligned properly on the left side.

for your size, you can add 20px of margin left, I see that you have already put 15px
the problem is that this module container is not aligned with the other container just under (problem from the template)
